University Program

At The Sikhakhane Foundation we believe in true education. We seek to share knowledge with university students by conducting seminars in partnership with all Law Faculties in all universities in South Africa. This is done by providing guidance to final year LLB and Political studies students as they look to make decisions about their careers after university.

LITIGATION

Litigation is a process of resolving disputes between two or more parties through a public court system, presided by a judicial officer. The Sikhakhane Foundation is looking to play a significant role in bringing legal cases to our courts and ensure the enforcement of the constitution.
